1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access or use the application.

2. Service Description

The application provides screen time management and app blocking functionality using device-level access (e.g., Screen Time APIs). Users may temporarily unlock selected applications through features such as social sharing or voice input.

The application uses a secure third-party service for user authentication and identity management. As part of the onboarding process, a unique user identifier is created for tracking in-app progress and personalization. This identifier is not a financial wallet and cannot be used for any form of digital transactions.

Voice input is processed through trusted third-party APIs to detect audio activation. No permanent storage or profiling is performed on the voice data.

3. Account Terms

Authentication is provided via third-party services such as X (formerly Twitter). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any actions taken under your account.

You must provide accurate and truthful information during account creation. Use of false or misleading information is prohibited.

4. User Content and Behavior

You are responsible for any actions or content you generate while using the application, including voice interactions and social sharing.

You agree not to interfere with or attempt to bypass any security or protective features within the application.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you for the application, whichever is less.

6. Waiver of Class Action

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.

7. Third-Party Services

The application integrates with third-party services including:

• Privy (for authentication and identity creation)
• X (Twitter) (for login)
• OpenAI (for voice input processing)

Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or data handling practices of any third-party services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. In the case of a material change, users will be notified in advance, with at least 7 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the application is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damage to your device.
